We work across four types of internal event. Each one is built around a single question: what does this moment need to achieve?
Team days, activities, and social events designed to build genuine connection — not just fill an afternoon. We design the format, manage the logistics, and make sure the day is worth every hour your team spends on it.
Town halls, all-hands meetings, and internal conferences where the message needs to land clearly and be believed. We start with the communication objective, not the agenda — because the two are rarely the same thing.
When something new is starting — a product, a direction, a reset — the internal audience is the hardest one to convince. We design launch events that build genuine belief, not just awareness.
Taking the team out of the office with aclear purpose — connection, alignment, or a strategic reset. We handle everydetail so you can be fully present.

WHEN IT'S A FIT
We work with People & Culture Directors, HR Managers, Internal Communications leads, and EAs with events responsibility at mid-sized to large organisations — typically 150 to 1,000 employees, with a London HQ or UK-wide presence. Our clients come from tech, professional services, financial services, and scale-ups at various stages of growth.
The person who calls us has usually been handed a brief that matters. It has a deadline, a budget, and an expectation attached — and it cannot land flat. They know the event needs to work. What they need is an agency that thinks about what 'working' actually means in their specific context, handles everything involved in making it happen, and makes them look good when it does.
They're not events specialists. They don't have time to manage five separate suppliers while also doing the rest of their job. And they're not looking for off-the-shelf packages — they're looking for someone who will embed in their situation and design something that fits.
If you want your event to land well, mean something, and reflect well on the people who organised it, we'd like to hear from you.

The brief: Two companies had merged, and leadership needed to launch a single new brand and direction to the entire organisation. It had to feel like a moment — not just another internal presentation.
What we did: We transformed Boxpark Liverpool into Perkfest — a one-day internal festival combining a company conference, interactive experiences, and branded games to bring the new product ecosystem to life.
The result: 350+ employees experienced the new brand in a way that felt lived, not announced — helping unify two organisations around a shared identity and future.
Here’s how it felt to work together.
We partnered with Stacked Events for a company-wide internal moment that really mattered to us. From the outset, the team understood the nuance of what we were trying to achieve and brought a level of structure, judgement, and calm that made the whole process feel manageable. The event itself was exceptionally well delivered — clear, engaging, and completely aligned with our culture and values.

Internal moments that landed properly. Hear from the people who trusted us with them.
Whether you're at the early-thinking stage or you have a brief ready to go, we're happy to have a conversation. Tell us what you're planning — the date, the team size, and what you're hoping the day achieves. We'll come back to you within one working day.
