Who we work with

We work with People & Culture Directors, HR Managers, Internal Communications leads, and EAs with events responsibility at mid-sized to large organisations — typically 150 to 1,000 employees, with a London HQ or UK-wide presence. Our clients come from tech, professional services, financial services, and scale-ups at various stages of growth.

The person who calls us has usually been handed a brief that matters. It has a deadline, a budget, and an expectation attached — and it cannot land flat. They know the event needs to work. What they need is an agency that thinks about what 'working' actually means in their specific context, handles everything involved in making it happen, and makes them look good when it does.
