Who This Is For

Away days usually happen for a reason. Something has changed — the team has grown quickly, leadership has shifted, or a restructure has left people uncertain about where they stand. Sometimes the team has simply been heads-down for too long and needs to come up for air.

The brief that reaches us is rarely “organise a fun day out.” It’s usually something more specific. “We need to rebuild some trust after a difficult period.” Or: “The new leadership team need to actually get to know each other.” Or: “People are exhausted and we need to do something about it.”

We work with People & Culture leads, HR Directors, and EAs who need their off-site to do real work — connection, alignment, a post-change reset, or a leadership team that finally needs to click. What they share: they want someone who understands the objective, not just the logistics.

We come back with three ideas within 24 hours

Specific venue options, format recommendations, and a rough programme outline — based on your objectives, your team size, and what’s worked well for similar briefs. Not a generic pack. Something thought through.

We design and build the full programme

Once you’re happy with the direction, we take it from there. Venue contract, suppliers, agenda, travel logistics, pre-event communications — handled. A single point of contact for all of it.

You Show Up

On the day, we run the event. You’re present with your team — not managing a running order or chasing a venue contact. We do that.
