We work across three off-site formats. The right one depends on your team size, your objectives, and how much time you can realistically pull people out.

A focused session away from the office — venue, agenda, facilitation, and logistics handled. Good for leadership sessions, team workshops, or a strategic reset when a full day isn’t possible. Designed to be worth the time it takes.

The most common format. A structured day with enough time to mix purpose with connection. We source the venue, design the programme, coordinate suppliers, and manage the day from start to finish.

For teams that need more time — a leadership retreat, an annual planning session, or a team doing the real strategic work together. We manage everything: venue, travel, accommodation, agenda, and the full programme.

WHEN IT'S A FIT
Away days usually happen for a reason. Something has changed — the team has grown quickly, leadership has shifted, or a restructure has left people uncertain about where they stand. Sometimes the team has simply been heads-down for too long and needs to come up for air.
The brief that reaches us is rarely “organise a fun day out.” It’s usually something more specific. “We need to rebuild some trust after a difficult period.” Or: “The new leadership team need to actually get to know each other.” Or: “People are exhausted and we need to do something about it.”
We work with People & Culture leads, HR Directors, and EAs who need their off-site to do real work — connection, alignment, a post-change reset, or a leadership team that finally needs to click. What they share: they want someone who understands the objective, not just the logistics.
If you want a venue recommendation and a lunch menu, we’re not the right fit. If you want someone to think about what the day should achieve and make sure it does — we’d like to hear from you.
Not just when and how many people — though we’ll need those too. Tell us why this off-site is happening. What’s the context? What do you want people to feel by the end? That’s what shapes everything else.
Specific venue options, format recommendations, and a rough programme outline — based on your objectives, your team size, and what’s worked well for similar briefs. Not a generic pack. Something thought through.
Once you’re happy with the direction, we take it from there. Venue contract, suppliers, agenda, travel logistics, pre-event communications — handled. A single point of contact for all of it.
On the day, we run the event. You’re present with your team — not managing a running order or chasing a venue contact. We do that.

The brief: After more than two years working remotely across different countries, NextEnergy Group wanted to bring the whole company together in person for the first time — creating a moment that built connection while giving everyone clarity on the direction of the business.
Our Approach: We designed a full-day off-site that built momentum across the day: an all-hands conference to align the company, a sustainability-focused team challenge that mixed creativity and collaboration, and a festival-style evening celebration to help people connect beyond the work.
The result: 350 employees from nine countries meeting in person, building stronger relationships across the business and leaving with a clearer sense of the company’s shared mission.
Here’s how it felt to work together.
We partnered with Stacked Events for a company-wide internal moment that really mattered to us. From the outset, the team understood the nuance of what we were trying to achieve and brought a level of structure, judgement, and calm that made the whole process feel manageable. The event itself was exceptionally well delivered — clear, engaging, and completely aligned with our culture and values.

Internal moments that landed properly. Hear from the people who trusted us with them.
Share your date and rough team size — and if you know it, the reason you’re running the off-site. We’ll come back within 24 hours with three specific ideas. No long forms, no obligation.
