When a corporate client asked us to create a Winter Party to end their year on a high, we knew we had to pull out all the stops. They wanted more than just a gathering – they were after a creative, immersive celebration that would bring the team together, celebrate their achievements, and leave everyone buzzing.

Enter A Night at the Greek Taverna, inspired by the lively, feel-good vibes of Mamma Mia. We turned the Hilton Liverpool into a sun-soaked slice of Greece, complete with giant themed trees, stunning candelabra table centres, and that unmistakable taverna charm. It was like stepping straight into a Greek island dream.

The entertainment? Pure magic. We partnered with a local performing arts college to create a bespoke Mamma Mia-inspired performance that was full of energy and surprises. Guests sang and danced along to a top-notch ABBA tribute act, delivering all the classics and turning the night into one big dance floor. To set the tone from the very start, we had a guitarist serenading guests during welcome drinks – the perfect warm-up for an unforgettable night.

Every detail was carefully thought out to transport guests to a Greek paradise. From immersive props and sets to flawless AV and lighting, the vibe was pure Mediterranean magic. And because we wanted the client to fully enjoy the night, we handled everything behind the scenes – from booking the venue to coordinating accommodation for their guests.

The result? A Winter Party that was so much more than a party – it was a night of music, dancing, and pure joy that brought the team closer and left everyone with memories they’ll be talking about for years.
