We brought Dead Island 2 to life for Dambuster Studios' launch party with hyper-realistic characters, zombies, and immersive event design.
We had an absolute blast teaming up with the legendary gaming studio Deep Silver Dambuster Studios for the internal launch party of their much-anticipated video game, Dead Island 2. The mission? Bring the game’s post-apocalyptic world to life in a way that would blow everyone away.
Our task was as ambitious as the game itself – creating hyper-realistic, real-life versions of two lead characters and four terrifyingly authentic zombies to roam the event. The aim was to immerse guests in the Dead Island 2 universe, making them feel like they’d stepped straight into the game.
To pull this off, we went all-in on the details. From crafting bespoke costumes that nailed the characters’ in-game looks to casting the perfect actors who could embody their personalities, every element was carefully thought out. The zombies? Next level. Using top-notch prosthetics and special effects, we turned talented performers into spine-chilling, eerily lifelike creatures that had guests doing double-takes.
Working closely with the brilliant minds at Dambuster Studios was key. Their creative vision and our expertise in event production came together seamlessly to transform their virtual world into reality. Every aspect, from the tiniest details to the larger-than-life spectacle, stayed true to the game’s apocalyptic vibe.
