We designed a 1920s Paris-themed cabaret Christmas party, featuring burlesque dancers, live jazz, aerial acts, and a custom soundtrack at Newcastle.
When our corporate client came to us with their Christmas Party brief, they didn’t want just another festive gathering – they wanted a showstopper. Their goal? End a hugely successful year with a bang and treat their team to a celebration they’d never forget. They handed us the challenge of creating something fresh, exciting, and completely next-level. Challenge accepted.
Our concept? Take their team on a journey to the glitz and glamour of 1920s Paris. Using the Discovery Museum in Newcastle as our stage, we transformed the space into a dazzling dinner theatre cabaret that transported everyone straight to the heart of the Roaring Twenties.
The entertainment lineup was nothing short of spectacular. Burlesque dancers brought elegance and just the right amount of sass, while live singers filled the air with soulful melodies that felt like they’d been plucked straight from a Parisian jazz club. A talented jazz band kept the beats flowing, and we amped up the wow-factor with jaw-dropping aerial performances and a hula hoop artist who left jaws on the floor. To tie it all together, our in-house team created a custom soundtrack that blended timeless tunes and toe-tapping rhythms, immersing guests in the magic of the era.
The result? A night dripping with vintage glamour, unforgettable performances, and non-stop surprises. This wasn’t just a Christmas Party – it was an experience that whisked everyone to a world of Parisian enchantment and ended the year on a high that no one saw coming.
The event was a massive hit with both employees and the senior team, leaving no doubt about its success. It even smashed records on their annual employee feedback survey, earning the highest engagement and satisfaction scores they’d ever seen.
Our client was over the moon with how everything turned out, and we’re now proud to handle their event calendar exclusively.
